You are so right to be worried. When a nation’s economy goes in the tank, the creeps come out to play. They play on all kinds of social vulnerabilities, including immigration, welfare need and those who are considered to be “a drain on society”. The racists are themselves in need and have no shame about taking from charity or government programs. They just want it all for themselves first. We need to be vigilant, to stop being spectators and to prepare for rising violence and threat from the most unstable racists. I wonder how the Norwegian mass killer’s friends and families feel about not doing something to prevent his killing spree.

A rise in racism is one of the most worrying things I have seen recently. Here, in Britain, main stream parties campaign on anti-immigration grounds to gain votes, and far right groups seem to be becoming more common. Let alone the rise in racism I hear on a day to day basis.
